About the Lesson
Embark on your surfing journey with confidence. Our Level 1 course is specifically tailored for those who have never surfed before or want to refresh the basics. We start on the sand with safety briefings and pop-up drills before heading into the gentle white water of Imsouane Bay. Our goal is to get you standing on your board and feeling the thrill of gliding over the water in a safe, supported environment.

What You Will Learn
Ocean safety, currents, and wave dynamics
Introduction to surf equipment (board & wetsuit)
Correct paddling technique and board balance
The 3-step "Pop-up" method
Stance correction and weight distribution
Riding broken waves (white water) to shore

- Professional ISA Certified Instructor
- Surfboard suited to your level
- Warm 3/2mm or 4/3mm wetsuit
- Transport to the surf spot (if outside Imsouane Bay)
